I appreciate the link, but would like to point out that the Charge 2 does not come with a wireless dongle, nor has a reset button in the USB cord. You can reset it when it's in the charger clip by pressing the buttons for 4 seconds, and I've tried that repeatedly, including the advice to reset it three times in a row.

That said, the FitBit app on my computer with built-in Bluetooth does work with my Charge 2, which is another reason I think the FitBit app is at fault. I ended up going to my laptop and connecting my Alta then restarting it using the button on the USB plug.
